We host the platform with reputable infrastructure providers and apply access controls, encryption in transit, and tenant isolation so one customer's data is not visible to another. Some service providers may store or process data outside Australia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations, and take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it when it is no longer required.
